-2 classes in the morning with a break in between and stretch/meditation at night (excursion in the afternoon)
-Or one class in the morning and Yoga at night. (excursion in between)

Working on strength with Pilates and total body conditioning with resistance bands: mat and standing exercises.

Vinyasa Yoga 60-90min
We will flow at the rhythm of our breath
Each class will be themed around a different chakra.
